Shipping & payment terms:

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Shipping is via DHL standard shipping. The respective shipping costs can be found under I & II.

If you wish to have it shipped to another EU country, please send us an email (gude@almastore.de) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding Postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and you - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible -  inform you about the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 5 euros per order.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries: Austria

The shipping costs here are 14.50 euros.

For deliveries within Germany & Austria, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. PayPal

2. Credit and debit/credit cards via Stripe

   3. Cash on collection

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1.  PayPal

If payment is made via Paypal, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.

Just a few steps to payment:

   1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as the payment method.

   2. In order to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

   3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and complete the payment     cause.

    If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

   4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.almastore.de).

2. Credit card / credit card via Stripe

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. If you select the credit card payment method via Stripe, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter: "Stripe"). Stripe reserves the right to carry out a credit check and to reject this payment method if the credit check is negative.

3. Pickup

You make the payment online and can pick up the goods. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

C. Information for calculating the delivery time

We always ship on Wednesdays. If you want an early delivery, please contact us in good time and tell us specifically.

The delivery time is generally 3 - 5 working days. We have no influence on corona-related delivery delays and ask for your understanding.
